Enterprise Email Messaging
Access Knowledge relies on an EMC San for centralized high availability email database storage. Our PEM Control panel allows you to set email aliases, mailbox size limits, forwarding and other e-mail features.
Unlimited E-mail Aliases
Via our PEM (Personal Exchange Manager) control panel account administrators have the ability to control your whole account. This includes the ability to create unlimited e-mail aliases for your users. Each user can only have a single primary "sent from" email address per mailbox.
Use Your Existing Domain Name
Project a professional image by adding your company's domain name to the e-mail address of all users/employees (email@MyCompany.com).
Aggregated Disk Space & Controls
Administrators can assign the allocation of disk space, passwords and limits for each user through PEM, which means- user involvement is not necessary for configuration/modification of settings.
Access Another Users' Mailbox
Hosted Microsoft Exchange also gives you the ability to allow/disallow members to access another users mailbox.
Exchange Hosting supports:
Clients: Microsoft Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 as well as Outlook Web Access - (Outlook 2003 / 2007 downloads are included free!).
Formats: Text, Rich Text and HTML mail.
Protocols: RPC over HTTPS, MAPI, POP3, HTTPS and IMAP4 are all available.
