  • Wireless Platform:  BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 for the best wireless integration platform, secure and seamless.
  • Physical Security:  Our Dell servers are housed in SAS 70 Type II audited Tier-3 Data Center.  Access to the Data Center is restricted to authorized personnel by two-factor authentication including biometric scanners. All entrances and common areas are monitored 24x7 via closed-circuit cameras. Clients requiring physical access to their equipment must comply with security checks and policies before their staff can be permitted into the Data Center.
  • Regulated Environment:  Redundancy is built into the heating and cooling systems to maintain a consistent and optimal environment in the Data Center. An FM200 fire suppression system is in place to minimize risk in the unlikely event of fire. Cabinets are individually monitored to manage heat, humidity and power consumption.
  • Redundant Power:  The center has on-site redundant power sources and redundant back-up generators, including a multiple-day fuel supply on-site. The generators and failover systems are regularly tested to ensure a seamless transition in the event of an emergency.
  • Physical Infrastructure:  Our Data Center is designed on Cisco multilevel architecture. Redundant Fiber Optic connections--including dual OC 48 & OC 12 connections from Verizon, OC 12 Sonet from AT&T, OC 3 from Cablevision Lightpath and GIGe from Keyspan, each entering the building through separate trenches.
